These terms, conditions & policies outline the rules and regulations for the use of One Golf Brewery, a concept by Abstract Concepts Private Limited, located in Hyderabad.

By visiting OneGolf Brewery, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing you with an enjoyable experience.

Patrons who are below 21 yrs old are not allowed after 6pm.

Patrons of One Golf Brewery must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff.Any damages to the facility or equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.

Only patrons of legal drinking age are permitted to purchase and consume alcohol at One Golf Brewery.

All guests are expected to maintain a conduct that is respectful to other patrons and staff.

Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited

No firearms, weapons, and sharp objects are allowed

Entry to the DJ console area and personal requests to the DJ are strictly prohibited

The club shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it

Guests will be subjected to security checks & frisked for security purposes

Guests will have to carry valid photo ID proof for identification

No outside eatables & drinks shall be allowed inside the club

The customer/guest unconditionally agrees that his / her’s photographs can be published in any publication including electronic media by the club

Parking near the premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The club will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises

Profanity should not be directed at club staff and should not be spoken so as to be heard by other members

Illegal activities such as narcotics, gambling, trafficking etc. are strictly not allowed and miscreants will be handed over to the police

Refunds for food and drinks are only available if a genuine issue with the product is reported during your visit and verified by our staff.

Refunds for Prepaid Services: In some cases, we may require prepayment for services or events. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your agreement with us. Refunds for prepaid services may be provided if cancellations are made within the agreed-upon notice period, minus any applicable fees.

Cancellations for Events and Reservations: For event bookings and reservations, we require advance notice for cancellations or changes. The specific notice period may vary depending on the nature of the event and the number of guests. Please refer to your event contract or reservation confirmation for details.If you cancel an event or reservation within the specified notice period, you may be subject to cancellation fees or loss of your deposit, as outlined in your contract or confirmation.

Refund Process: To request a refund or discuss any concerns, please contact our management team during your visit. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Certain services or products may be exempt from refunds.

OneGolf Brewery reserves the right to update or modify the terms, conditions & policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through other appropriate channels.
